- Capture of data source in which the meetings take place: audio, video, screens and text.
- The data then undergoes an encryption process, clears background noise, and is uploaded to the cloud.
- Finally the client receives output according to defined KPI´S, from which insights and conclusions can be extracted, for example: customer satisfaction, customer experience, and sales strategy, key phrases spoken at the meeting, its effectiveness and more.
- AIl system extracts insights and flood points sensitivity or problematic information from the sessions.
